Eat Well, Live Well, Be Well

We are all older now and statistics tell us that we should be wiser. And because of incredible technology we have the world of knowledge at our fingertips. It’s totally up to us to make our own bodies and our loved ones as healthy as possible. We all know we live longer so why not live longer lives being Healthier with an abundance of Wellness and Happiness.
We can focus on the negativity in our lives, or we can choose a path of Wellness and Nurturing which is available to all of us. It’s a crazy world out there but we don’t have to be crazy with it.
Why not try something positive like focusing on Healing with Feeling or getting into Meditation and Re-Create your body’s Wellness. There is an amazing amount of great Meditation music that is so easily available. The stunning part is that you have to connect to disconnect. Find some music that relaxes you through You Tube or iTunes. Download it and listen to it daily. Music is its own wonderful form of medicine. It can make you happy or sad but music will always move you. The Vibrations you choose can lead you on a surprising path to Wellness.
Movement is also very important yet so many people just plop down after a long days work and disconnect. Obviously this is not a healthy lifestyle. Your heart will pump your blood throughout your body but you need to get moving to help your lymphatic system operate properly and help cleanse your body. Whether it’s Yoga, Tai Chi, or Zumba, you need to get moving. So get your body moving, get your heart pumping, and get your mind relaxing everyday. The results will be unbelievable.
While you’re at it, there is a lot of good nutritional information available to help you filter through what your body needs on a regular basis. Make sure you drive to the super market and not the drive-through. Fast food does not give your body the nutrients it needs. Another idea might be to consider cleaning out your fridge of unhealthy foods and stocking up on healthy foods and snacks that you can set up a week in advance. The healthier you eat, the healthier you feel. It’s just that simple.
