Jump Into Your Path

Life is short. Far too short. Most of us look at life as a path and have a secret list of things we want to do or to accomplish. Many of the things on our lists are for the work we do or are family things. Some are simply things we do for fun. You should pay close attention to what you put on your list because what you think about is what you bring about.
For instance, you may want to bring about a better work environment. If you think about it and focus on it you can make it happen.
Are you always stressed out or where you want to be in life or in your work? Focus on bringing out positive change. Can you make your office or workspace more efficient? How about an attitude adjustment. Maybe being a little friendlier with your co workers could help.
On your way home from work are you listening to relaxing music. If not then find some music that will relax you and de stress you so that you arrive home with a healthy happy attitude.
Speaking of relaxation, what do you do for relaxation? This is so important. Go for a walk, listen to your body while you exercise. Do you still feel tense? Then take a detox bath to wash away that tension. I’ve always thought that a shower is for cleansing the body while taking a bath cleanses the soul. Light a soothing Aromatherapy Candle, add Bath Salts and let your mind drift for twenty minutes. That’s all you’ll need. A quick rinse and you will feel rejuvenated.
Now that you feel so much better it’s time to recharge your batteries by eating a good healthy meal with family or friends. While you’re at it have a good laugh or two. It is really true that laughter is a great medicine. And don’t forget to drink your water.
Taking care of your health is only part of your path but you get the idea.
