Drink to your Health. Did you know your body is supposed to be 80% water? Staying properly hydrated helps your brain, your muscles, and your organs work efficiently. It helps flush the toxins from your body, keeps your body wastes and fluids moving, and helps distinguish a raisin from a grape. And just so you know, coffee and sodas don’t count. In fact coffee and sodas lower your hydration level. You should drink a minimum of 8 eight ounce glasses of water a day unless otherwise directed by your physician.
