Release, Relax, and Renew

It's Springtime... A time for Releasing the Past, Relaxing in the Present, and Creating a Renewed Energy within yourself.

Releasing the Past
Whatever you feel is holding you back, it's time to let it go. Whether it's family issues, relationship issues with someone, or even just issues within yourself, give yourself the gift of just letting it pass. Why let the weight of unwanted emotional baggage stop you from all the good times that lay ahead. Visualize how good you feel when your house is clean, or you've accomplished another goal. Hold onto that Happy Vibrational Feeling. Savor the moment. Feel the Energy within. THAT is what you want to hold onto. That really is a good happy feeling. That's what will change your own Vibrational Energy.

Relaxing in the Present
You've surely heard the saying “There's no time like the present”. Every minute you keep looking backward is a minute you can trip over your future. When we hold onto regrets or missed goals it costs us valuable time. I make myself laugh when I use my navigation system and miss a turn. Siri always lets me know that she is “Rerouting” Think about this, we are still moving forward while trying to find our way in life. Just Relax and try to enjoy the view. After all, life is supposed to be an adventure. It will do us all a lot of good to remember that.

Renew your Energy
It's so important to recharge your batteries. It's easy to forget this little tidbit because we get so busy with life. Yet, how do you do that? It begins with eating well. It's ok to indulge a little but make sure you eat really healthy and eat really well. Prepare healthy food ahead of time so you have healthy snacks. The food you eat today is definitely a part of your cellular future. Think about it. Junk in, Junk out. If you eat healthy you will feel and be healthy.

Take detox baths. They help to relax and renew. Twenty minutes can make a big difference. Think of releasing the Toxins as the water goes down the drain. Rinse off and feel refreshed. Remember, a shower is taken for Cleansing your Body, but a bath is taken for Cleansing your Soul. Make sure you moisturize afterward because as an added benefit your skin will feel soft and silky.

As always, make sure you drink plenty of water. It Releases Toxins, Hydrates, Increases your metabolism, Renews your energy and keeps your whole body youthful.
