‘Tis The Season
'Tis the season to be healthy, happy, and well. We get so focused on running around and buying gifts that we let ourselves get run down. Please remember to take care of yourself so that you can truly enjoy all the wonderful things going on around you.
Here are a few tips that may make the holidays a little less stressful.
Make lists to keep yourself on track . The less stressed you are the healthier you’ll be.
Ask for help from others so you aren’t overwhelmed with all the tasks at hand.
Eat healthy snacks before the over indulgent holiday parties. That will definitely help you feel better the next day and when you feel better you look better!!!
Drink lots of water to stay hydrated all season long. The weather is cold and it really saps the hydration out of your body so it’s important to keep your body hydrated. Also make sure you always use facial moisturizers and body lotions to keep your skin soft and supple.
Masking and exfolients help too. Use your masks at least two to three times per week. Another excellent way to exfoliate your skin is with the Clarisonic brush. It keeps your skin up to six times cleaner. That and better product penetration makes it a win-win situation.
