A Whole New World

This last year and a half has had an enormous effect on everyone. Some bad and some good...

I don't know many that have come out of this unaffected either financially, healthwise, or losing family members or friends due to Covid 19.

We can look at the bad, but that's a choice no one should make. Instead, we should all choose to start each day with a grateful heart, and be sure to show kindness to everyone - including ourselves.

Everyone is struggling one way or another. Sometimes the smile we gift others may be the only sign of encouragement they have had. So, smile at people and pass it on. After all, it's really hard to watch the news and stay hopeful.

We should all focus on Gratitude and not fear. Work on raising your own Spiritual Vibration and see how things begin to change.

As Mahatma Ghanda told us..."be the change you want to see in the world."

I have personally seen many YouTube videos where complete strangers do simple gestures of kindness toward someone they don't even know. It makes their day and may even save their life.

The easiest way to start healing is with a smile, or an Affirmation, which leads to a change in spiritual vibration. That spiritual vibration moves out and touches and encourages others.

Above all...start each day with a smile to yourself!!
