The Power of Nature

THE NEW YEAR IS HERE!!! It’s time to celebrate our Health and Wellness. We learned a lot of new things this past year so now it’s time to get our minds and bodies ready for the new challenges of this brand new year.

It’s time to focus on our Presence and on our Wellness. Many of you have taken the challenge to become healthier and that’s a good thing. Now let’s try to do even better.

Going to the gym is fine but we all need to take some time and get our Spiritual Energies “in tune” and recharged. Aside from going to church, make some time to get out to the beach or the park or maybe even the mountains. Just make it outdoors with the intent to connect with nature. Connecting with nature will keep your soul happy and help you to get and stay grounded, find a better life balance, and may even make you and your family happier and healthier. Nature has a way of getting us charged with an internal balance that not much else can duplicate (except a massage).

The more you move your body the more energy you’ll have but a walk on the beach will help to cleanse your soul. Really listen to the beat and the power of the waves. It can be a mesmerizing experience.

Another suggestion would be to open your windows at home during a rain storm and listen to the sound of the rain. Just be. Focus on what really makes you happy and healthy. What other goals can you accomplish to help you find your Zen from within. You might even try Yoga or a hike by a riverbed and listening to the birds.

We can really help our bodies stay healthier with our thought process and by the foods we eat. Today's medicines are terrific but we should work very hard to keep ourselves healthier by eating properly, exercising regularly, and staying mentally and spiritually positive. The more energy we have from eating well, feeling good, and staying positive is a good way to share the wealth of positive and healing energies with others. You might even inspire someone to join you.

Enjoy and love your body and your health. It is the most amazing thing you will ever own.

Tony and I wish you a Safe, Happy, and Healthy New Year.

Hope to see you soon.

Be Well,

Tana
